SAADI & AATI — Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from saadiaati.store.

Products and Orders
Please review the product description, available size and price before ordering. Availability may change. If an ordered item is unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you to discuss a suitable resolution.

Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are PKR 250 per order. We accept Cash on Delivery and advance payment.

Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 days, subject to courier conditions and delays.

Exchanges
Our standard policy allows exchange requests within 7 days of receiving an order. Customers pay exchange courier charges. Please read our Exchange Policy for the process. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Product Appearance
We aim to display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings. This does not exclude responsibility for goods that are materially different from their description.

Customer Information and Privacy
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
